A beautifully and intricately beaded halter cover to make part of a costume. The beads are hand sewn onto a very fine black net. It has rows of coins musically moving in three layers. One size fits most, but looks best on small to medium builds with an A or B cup. The neck and back closures are velcro, so it is fully adjustable.

By Deborah P Dangling parts--beads and coins are attached with very cheap thread on inspection. That's why they come off so easily. It's beautiful but it won't last long at all. Such beautiful work...It's a shame.
