Soft silk skirt is a brilliantly vibrant red color. It is a full circle silk skirt with an elasticized waist which is a relaxed 26" and will stretch to 48". It is 36" long. The silk is semi-transparent and moves beautifully as it is the same silk as our veils0561A, our pants, pnts0474A and our tops, chli0750A.
