These zills are great. They have a nice clear sound. They are comfortable to wear, not heavy like a lot of others. They are also incredibly beautiful. The product picture on Amazon is really terrible. They are engraved with the famous bust of nefertiti and lotus flowers. It's an added bonus that the elastic that comes with them is really durable, not the cheapy kind that loses elasticity within a month of use. The price is also excellent for four zills. A lot of times you have to buy them in sets of two.

I bought a 'cheap' set and was so disappointed with the sound. These are the 'real' deal and are going to give you that beautiful tone that you are looking for. They are a heavier cymbal than the 'cheap' variety, with a secure band..and they don't slip and slide around like the cheap sets do. If you want quality, than this is the cymbals you are looking for.

This is the first pair of zills that I have purchased, but I must admit these are very good! These brass zills have a beautiful tone and are easy to assemble. Highly recommended for beginner bellydancers.

My wife had been wanting a good set of Zills for a while now. Up to this point she'd been using a very cheap set she got in a tiny "Mini Bellydance Kit" way back in the day. Here's what I can tell you about them... (other than the fact that my wife loves them of course. :) )
They're much more "gold" in color than the picture might make you think... so don't be surprised when they aren't that pretty silver-ish tone. Also... they have a very long "ring" to them... IE when struck together once, the zills will continue to resonate for a very long time unless silenced. My wife enjoys the sound and effect.

These cymbals are nicely weighted, look and feel nice. The only reason I gave it a 4 out of 5 stars is because there is some assembly of the bands required. A bit of a pain since I'm not very domestic I had to actually go out and purchase a needle and thread to sew them on, LOL!!!
