By interiorlulu It says hip scarf/shawl, but it's definitely sized for hip scarf. As a shawl, it's big enough to look cute, but really won't give you enough fabric to keep even the tops of your arms covered reasonably. Fabric's really pretty and the bells are cute. I like it!
