It was just what I was looking for. A costume piece of ankle jewelry for casual belly dancing at home. The color is nice -- not chromey or brassy which I think looks cheap. The coins have a deep tinging sound, so it sounds heavy and expensive even though it's not. And trust me, nobody is going to be staring at your FEET when you are dancing so it's good enough. And comfortable, not scratchy.
One size will fit all but if you have tiny ankles you will have to trim the excess chain or you will be stepping on it. Easy fix though. No complaints.

Good lord. It's humongous. I had one ordered and ordered a second shortly afterwards in anticipation of loving it-the first one has just arrived and holy wow is it huge. I might be able to break it into two entirely different anklets and use the second one as a necklace. It definitely says in the description that it's crazy big but you just don't understand until you see it really. I could link the two and wear them for a nice hip belt. Seriously, there is no way this thing is actually an anklet o_o

This anklet is really pretty and it jingles nicely, but at 14" with a 2" extender, it way too big! I am of average build with average sized ankles, and the anklet was so large that it kept falling off. Just for fun, I tried it around my neck, and found that it fits beautifully as a necklace. Due to the design, I cannot remove links to make it fit around my ankle, but I suppose that's okay-- I DID get compliments on it as a necklace, so I'll keep it.
Anyone who is looking at buying this product may want to measure carefully to ensure a proper fit before purchasing.
EDIT: I just noticed that the description makes a note of the anklet being extra long, and somehow I didn't see it before. I upped my rating from 3 to 4 stars because of this. Seriously though ladies, please make sure you know your measurements before you order, if your heart is set on wearing this as an anklet.
